Shipping policy

The orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are dispatched the same day, or maximum within 2 to 3 business days(in case of Holiday season) from the date of order placement and payment confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company and post office norms.

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination, but the maximum shipping time is 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer during purchase. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or phone number provided by the buyer, the following conditions will apply:

• The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.
• Reshipping will be initiated only after the buyer provides the updated address and makes the necessary payment for the additional shipping charges.
