Refund policy
Delivery
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Order are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 3 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return:
- Only damaged items are eligible for return.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- A video shot during the unpacking process is must required for verification.
- Items purchased during a Sale, is not eligible for Returns/Refunds
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team at teenyden@gmail.com to initiate a return within 3 days
- Ship the item back to our return address (Shared in the email). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
